I am comfortable working in the office, but I am very concerned that I might contract COVID-19 on the subway. Shouldn’t my employer have to arrange for transportation for her employees?

The General Duty Clause of the Occupational, Safety, and Health Act of 1970 requires that your boss provide a safe and healthful workplace that is free from serious recognized hazards.
